Terms and Conditions: Retreats

The Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) below apply to in person Retreat Coaching packages provided by Lindsay Hennekey (‘the coach’), to any individual (‘the client’).  These T&Cs constitute the contract for the service between Lindsay Hennekey and the client.

The term ‘retreat’ covers Sobriety and Wellbeing Coaching for clients, provided under in person retreats.

The client understands that Lindsay Hennekey does not provide ‘recovery’ or ‘rehabilitation’ services; and the retreat provided by the coach is not appropriate for individuals that are medically dependent on alcohol. Coaching or this retreat is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care.
